Lately, I've been feeling VERY anti-social. And the more isolated I make myself by avoiding situations that would require me to be social, the more I want to isolate. And so on, and so on.
That is all I want to say.

Uhm, I know that you know this (because you are a very smart cookie), but this is a downward spiral. Pushing folks away and hiding under rocks is NOT healthy and will not help chase the deep blue funk away. I am not suggesting you go into full on social butterfly mode...but you are far to beautiful, entertaining, and bright to be hiding under a rock sister!
